Please review the Copyright Basics Guide from LSU Libraries for questions regarding image/photo usage for your site and to make sure you are complying with any related legal requirements. 

Photo snippets can be used all all page types. The display of background art is dependent upon page type.

These Snippets contain some preconfigured styles that cannot be altered. Some of these Snippets also use customizable "nested" snippets. The nested snippets cannot be used as standalone features.

To insert a Photo Snippet:

1. When in Edit mode, place your cursor at the location you want to add this feature.
2. From the editing toolbar, select "Insert Snippet."
3. Sort Snippet categories to "[Fierce] Photos."
4. Click the Photo Snippet you want to insert and select "Insert."

Photo Grid consists of a left column and a right column; additional columns cannot be inserted. Each column contains Two Column Photo Feature Item (Nested).

Recommended Image Size: 600x400px

This snippet can be used to display a static image with supplemental text or it can be used to display a photo carousel.

Static Image

Photo Sidebar Section contains several background options:

• Dark (dark gold, light gold, purple background with white text)
• Tiger (gold tiger stripe, light gold, white background with purple text)
• Dark Tiger (gold tiger stripe, light gold, purple background with white text)

Photo Carousel

To use activate the carousel, delete the static image and replace it with the Snippet "[Fierce] Photo Sidebar Section - Carousel Item (Nested)". You will need to insert at least two images. The nested snippet supports supplemental text for image used in the carousel.

When using this snippet as a carousel, the content in the right column will not be displayed when published, it may be removed.

Photo Sidebar Section contains several background options:
