Membership & Policies

If you would like to become an EMDL user, please contact Mr. Chris O’Loughlin.  Professor sponsorship from an LSU department is required for all undergraduate and graduate research. If you are a private or industry researcher and would like to use the EMDL we can address membership on a case by case basis.  

If you are a student interested in research or employment at the EMDL please contact us and we will advise you on the available options and contact.

EMDL membership is a privilege not a right, if LSU, EHS and EMDL policies are violated membership may be revoked.  Please see the following important links for policies safety training:
